Kenneth Jack was a celebrated Australian painter and printmaker, renowned for luminous watercolours and etchings of outback towns, industrial sites and rail corridors.

An important part of Kenneth Jack’s own collection is this small oil of a train at the station in Warrandyte. Inscribed to the back ‘2nd ever painting’.
